Reset your My Account Password

  1. Click the link to reset your password
  2. Input an email address where a link will be sent to reset it.
  3. Click on the "Email" button.
  4. An email will be sent shortly from Click! Network Customer Care with the title "Password change request."
  5. Click on the link in the email to change your password.
  6. You will be redirected to a page showing "Update Password."
  7. Input your "New password" and "Repeat password."
  8. Click on the "Change" button
  9. The page will show "Password has been changed. Please close this page and return to Home page."
  10. Return to the Click! Cable TV home page and click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of the website.
  11. Enter your email address and new password you just created.
