Pay your bill when you want at the easy-to-use Tacoma Public Utilities Pay Box. Use cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard at one of 12 Pay Box locations. Some locations are available 24/7.

Mail payments by check or money order in the return envelope provided in your bill.

In person

Stop by our lobby in the TPU Administration Building located at 3628 S. 35th St. in Tacoma and pay by cash, check, credit card or money order. Our Customer Care lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
